Worship is our life's ambition and our hearts' desire because we, as followers of Christ, know how good He is ("Taste and see that the Lord is good." Psalm 34:8). We believe worship is giving God our attention and focus. It is not about us at all. No matter where we are, how we are feeling, what the day may bring, we should worship God.

We believe it is our job through deed and word to show the world there is only one God and He alone is worthy of praise. We believe it is out of a heart of worship that we are compelled to evangelize and recruit more worshipers for Christ. We believe in magnifying the name of Jesus, lifting Him up. Worship is contagious. If the world sees spirit and truth worship, they will desire to join in!

Music is a tool God has given us to aid us in corporate worship. Every congregation should make time to worship together. At Lemoyne, we seek to use music as a pleasing offering to God. We thank God for inspiring both past and present music, but we revere Him above all else.
